Strategic Alliances



There is no binding definition of Strategic Alliance.

A Strategic Alliance may be a loose co-operation in order to reach corresponding or even common strategic goals, depending on the agreement and binding nature of the commitment. A Strategic Alliance, however, may also be relatively firm business combinations where individual units intensively exchange information, together pursue research and development, exchange employees or use common supply sources etc. Reciprocal investments are also possible, up to reciprocal equity participation.

M & A Strategie GmbH supports you in establishing a successful Strategic Alliance, from concept and design to identification of partners and implementation of this form of co-operation. If you have concluded a consultancy mandate with M & A Strategie GmbH, we will lead you through the following individual stages of consultancy, which are basically also applicable to general Co-operations and Joint Ventures:

 3. Drawing up of a search profile




Phase 2: Identification of Potential Contractual Partners

 6. Anonymous establishing of contact with the selected alliance candidates
 7. Identification of suitable alliance candidates with the client (Short List)
 8. Creation of an Information Memorandum for the alliance candidates




Phase 3: Establishing of Contact and Exchange of Information
